It can also be used for medicinal purposes to strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure and improves digestion. It also helps prevent cancer and osteoporosis. Cooking these vegetables is very simple.

In the future more people will start getting access to a new wave of drugs, medicines and products for the sea the chemical based medicines we are suing now without all the side effects. The FDA is already review sea plants and animals for potential uses and battle human illnesses.
